With an additional fee, we offer a variety of ADL’s (Activity of Daily Living) personalized for each individuals needs. Our personalized assistance is an ideal solution for you and your family members. Our assisted living service include:
Reflection Square: (Memory Care)Caring for loved ones with memory problems can be extremely challenging at home. Our Reflection Square memory care unit is the perfect answer for those with memory loss. We strive to provide the highest quality of life for our residents while maintaining choice, privacy, and respect in a home-like setting. Respite CareWhen a short-term stay is needed, our Respite Care can accommodate your needs. Perhaps your loved one would like to try our community on a trial basis, or needs temporary assistance after an illness or hospital stay. A fully furnished apartment with all the amenities of hotel living is waiting for you. Meals, activities, and local transportation are included too. Hospice CareOur hospice care is tailored for each individual. Fremont Village works with Hospice Agencies to meet the resident’s needs and provide maximum comfort for the Hospice Resident. We also supply an emergency call pendant for each resident. We have complete meal service every day and a snack Café that is always open at no charge.
