Amberwood Gardens is a 258-bed skilled nursing and subacute facility that offers
comprehensive rehabilitation programs.

We are Medicare-certified. Medicare is the federal health insurance program for 65 or older, under 65 and disabled for at least two consecutive years, or those who have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a Medicare-certified facility, we can offer a wider range of medical services and specialized treatments. This also offers great help with some of the skilled nursing care costs.

We will help you with finance and admissions. Covering the cost of care is always a big concern. Our highly knowledgeable business office staff is able to assist you in evaluating your financial options. The most appropriate method of payment will vary depending upon each circumstance.
